Is this going to be Gaga's worst era ever?

What are you smoking girl they don't sound the same.  dead2  dead2  dead2

Do What You Want, Swine, Venus and that Mary Jay song sound really similar to me. Similar synths and sound choices.

Not judging other songs from live performances

Well duh, she's going for the 80s glam-rock sound, so there's going to be an underlying similarity. Mary J and DWUW are completely different. DWUW mixes urban in there too. And not a fan of "na na na". Nah gurl, bye.

Maybe one day when Gaga decides to allow 76 writers to help her on tracks, she can achieve the lyrical prowess of such lines as:

"Do you ever feel like a plastic bag"

"I wanna see your peacock, cock, cock"

"This is how we do, do, do, do"

"Grabbin' tacos checkin' out hotties"

Or

"Stop, stop, stop, talkin' that blah blah blah"

"I threw up in the closet, I don't care"

Except iTunes marks down the COMPOSERS, not the WRITERS.

Come back when the booklet is out.

I'm looking at the official writing credits from artpop and applause has the following (I even copied & pasted for you):

Lady Gaga, Paul Blair, Dino Zisis, Nick Monson, Martin Bresso, Nicolas Mercier, Julien Arias & William Grigahcine

Thats more for the drag queen/gay scene, tbh.

"Now SERVE, pluto!"

It screams gay.

I admit Venus ain't the best Lyrically, but it's one big clubby gay song.

Receipts.

Cause legit 7 of those are all producers of the song.

Your fav hardly even sings in her songs though...  :giveup2:

And her themes always revolve around getting drunk or wasted. I mean her catch phrase is "it's time to party."

Gaga might write Sailor Moon theme songs, but your fav writes songs about the same thing. She is like the Taylor Swift of drunk anthems.

But I still lova ha. Ke$ha >> Taylor Swift.

It's really easy, all you have to do is google "official artpop writing credits" and the first 5 or 6 will give you the list :D

I see COMPOSER CREDITS and "Every song is written by Gaga in collaboration with producers such as DJ White Shadow (Paul Blair), DJ Zedd (Anton Zaslavski) and DJ Madeon (Hugo Leclerq). "

All of them go back to iTunes, which gives credits to the Composers of the song. BTW did the same thing, but seperated it by the writers and producer.

Also wth that logic of that, Gaga wrote an composed Jewels n Drugs by herself. xtina1

5. Jewels N’ Drugs (feat. T.I., Too $hort & Twista) (Lady Gaga)

Again, Gaga wrote all her songs. These are Composer credits.

As I said.

It's not the best song lyrically, but it's not like she sucks at writing. You remain opinionated over her writing. While in my opinion, Sexxx Dreams, Applause and Gypsy are greatly written with nice hooks.

They're all pop songs and REALLY shouldn't be taken so seriously (especially since she said this album isn't so serious.)

And I will remain here perched on my opinion.
