ok I read a little about all rumours and possibilities with new album, and it looks like she really has to release album this year, and apperenty she started worknig on it in december.

According to her contract she has to release two more albums and go to one more tour until 2017. But I also read that there is no requirement that she has to release these albums, she just get 20 million $ per album if she release it, so it's still 40 million $ to go

As rumor says she want to release one album with new material, something like I'm Breathless, but also album with different versions of her old songs (maybe something like MDNA Tour version of LAV or Between the Bars?).

But anyway if it's true and she will release something this year it will be the shortest break between the albums since the begining of her career.
