her dad didn't pay shit, she was living in a small ass apartment that she was paying on her own. and going to the sacred heart school does not mean your rich do you even know what rich is? having enough money to afford an education at a more prestigious school does NOT = being rich. Just because she got in because she was talented doesn't mean she didn't have to pay for it... and her dad DID pay her rent and allowed her to fall back on school if she wasn't successful. You must be fucking loaded if you think her parents could afford all of these opportunities for her and not classify them as at least middle-upper class. Why can't you just admit she was rich? She made it big on her own, sure, but she had money until she decided to move out into a small apartment. It'd be a bigger deal if she had no choice but to be broke... She was well-off and was tired of having it easy. It's just a lot different for most people.

I love The Fame and The Fame Monster and I'll openly admit to it. As a musician myself, as someone who respects hard work regardless if I like their music or not and just as someone who likes to be informed about pop culture I don't see why it matters that I or anyone else know about Gaga's history... I know a decent amount about all of the faves' histories but that doesn't make me obsessed. What I still don't understand is why you're so pressed about Gaga's family having money regardless if they gave it to her or not and why you're so pressed that I know a little bit about Gaga's rise to stardom  :awk: It's a simple Google search anyway.
