Attorney Evita Kaigler, who represents neither side, said she would not be surprised if the case is settled out of court, given the potential for a messy discovery process to damage the careers of both singer and producer.

Well I'm guessing they'll presume innocent til proven guilty, but Miley's ditching him anyway cuz she wants a psychedelic sound (just like Kesha!) for her next record & we all know he's opposed to that! As for Britney, if she's allowed to make her dream records, then they'll be far from luke's electro shit & Katy...... Let's be real, she'll unfortunately continue work with him, more than half her discography is his too .....

If  dr. muke doesnt want  tor release new records I think  she should  appeal  international  work  organization  (an UN branch)  for human rights violation to  a  decent way of work. is sickening me , just think how this guy have the power to shut her mouth an stop her new albums and singles etc.

Honestly I'm sure Luke would settle because this looks terrible for his career and he'll definitely lose respect in the industry if this continues.

 

But Kesha might not want to if everything she's saying is true   she doesn't really have much to lose and she could definitely destroy him if she really pressed hard. But maybe she'll do it just to break the contract and finally move forward. Guess we'll see tbh

Yes but i really think collateral damages are not her main priority, i think she would much prefer to just get out of her contract and focus on her career and if she still feels the need for justice she can just press criminal charges (if the evidence is strong enough).

True she's not really the vengeful type, so maybe she'll just want to go her own way once and for all.

 

But it's also pretty fucked up if he's a sexual predator like that to a bunch of different women, which she might not stand for. She might want to put a stop to it forever
