Shangela would never compete again. She's already been on two seasons, which is more than many queens get.

They're renewed up through Season 10 at the moment and the viewership boomed massively during Season 8, because of the VH1 simulcast. It's LOGO's flagship program at the moment and they're clearly going to keep doing it for as long as it writes the checks to keep the lights on.

Er, pretty relevant, all things considered. Shangela was a special case because she'd only been doing drag for a few months when she got on Season 2. That was clearly not enough time for her to have her shit together. Season 3, she had it together and she still couldn't hack it. She's got no reason to come back now that she's got a career and gigs out the wazoo. Nobody thinks she was unfairly robbed of a title, nobody thinks she didn't get to shine and nobody thinks she's that terrible as a queen. There is no storyline for her in a hypothetical future All Stars season.

uh you clearly don't know what people think lol, shangela is underrated AF and was inexperienced in her season, the exact same storyline that Tatianna has. 

 

People really have forgotten Shangela, and she'd completely blow people out of the water now as a seasoned queen

Errrrr, she's considered iconic for her drama and most people thought she was one of the best performers on that season, albeit not one of the best as a drag queen. Her look has improved, but she's not gonna be winning any fashion awards. She's still funny, but we've had funnier. People mostly remember her as a shit-stirrer and shit-stirrers are treated completely differently now compared to back then. New fans would probably give her so much shit if she tried to pull shenanigans like she did on S3 Untucked in a new All Stars season. She will never return again. Period.

Literally no one but hardcore fans watch untucked, everyone knows the sugar daddy and tullegate ones tho

Shangela was still shady af on the main show. The whole Heathers vs. Boogers drama was a goddamn mess for all involved.
