PHEW! Has it really been 2 weeks since the last update? Sorry about that, guys. Youtube recently changed the way that likes are displayed on their videos and threw me for a loop last week when I tried to do my update. It looks like they're all back to normal, though, and the Likes counts will be updated this evening.

As for the rest of the stats, there have been some interesting updates in the two weeks since the last stats check!

Roar and Dark Horse continue their race to 1 billion, and neither of them seem to be losing any steam.  In fact, Roar has picked up steam since the last update, up 3 places in the weekly most viewed list and gaining over 30 million views in the last couple weeks; 3.5% overall. That puts Roar at the same trajectory as Dark Horse (which also gained over 30 million at 3.5% overall); both of which are closing in on the 900 million mark.  Dark Horse is expected to hit 900 million within the next couple of days.

This Is How We Do has officially cracked the top 100 most watched videos of all time, and sits at #99 after a massive 7 position gain.  In the last two weeks the video has gained over 15 million views... a massive 5.7% increase. It continues to hover around the top 40 weekly most viewed videos.  It is one of three videos that are getting ready to crack the 300 million mark.  Two other videos running for a milestone this week are Part of Me and The One That Got Away, both of which are teetering on the 299 million mark.  Part of Me has seen over 7million new views in the last two weeks, while The One That Got Away has raked in nearly 5 million.

Birthdecay?  Not quite, kids. Birthslay is having its comeback in the form of that legendary lyric video, which has now passed Roar as Katy's most watched lyric video.  Gaining over 3 million views in the last two weeks (3.75% increase), the Birthday lyric video is now one of the top 5 most viewed lyric videos.

The official Birthday video continues its sad plummet into irrelevance, falling 19 places on the all-time most viewed list to 948.  The Roar lyric video also saw a massive decline, losing 12 places on the all-time most viewed list.  I guess they needed to make room for the massive gains that This is How We Do and the Birthday lyric video had.

4 videos saw increases in position on the all-time VEVO most watched list:

Last Friday Night (+1) at 37th

This Is How We Do (+7) at 99th

Hot N Cold (+1) at 123rd

Birthday Lyric Video (+9) at 545th

I have added 3 videos to the videography and stats page, taking high view and like counts into consideration:

Tommie Sunshine's Megasix Megamix

Waking Up In Vegas Manhattan Clique remix

Dressin Up Lyric Video

note: I know this artwork isn't from the video but I already had this made and I was crunched for time to get this post updated before RISE premiered.  I'll make a new one soon. ROAR | RELEASED S
