I can only See the darker songs like Ghost, By The Grace Of God or Double Rainbow, but where is the light in it? I'm going Thru a really hard time in my life, so right now I can't See any Light so I hope that one Day i'll find the light inside of me

Double Rainbow and By The Grace of God are very hopeful songs, if you ask me. But there are other positive songs and empowerment anthems on there like Roar, and Unconditionally, This Moment, and definitely Love Me.  I think something that's very helpful to think about is that Prism started from a place where Katy was going through a tough time, and it became something bigger than herself, and she was able to look outward and turn it into something positive.  Perspective is important to think about when you're going through tough times.  Find something outward for you to be happy about, and that will pull some of your internal struggle out of the pits a little bit.
