Lets find a fitting dump for our pop favs.....
East Coast replied to The Last Of Us's topic in Battlegrounds
The sound of West Coast is 70's/80's. The sound of Born To Die was 50's. West Coast used the beat and classic tempo changes of most 70's/80's music. It also uses the end synth, that was popular in music back then. @3.10 Nothing on Born To Die shared the sound of music from the 70's or 80's. It based it sound from the 40's - early 60's. If you think a song with an 70's sounding Instrumental could fit on her first album, then :laughcry: -- Bjork is also nothing like Lana, and they are incomparable. It's like comparing Britney to Florence & The Machine. Just no. -

I can't at people thinking this could fit on her last album Her last album was inspired by the 1950's. West Coast is inspired by the 70's/80's. It's two completely different sounds. Just because it sounds like a typical Lana song, doesn't mean it sounds the same. That's how you reinvent. You make something so typically "you" but completely change the sound. -
And also, West Coast has JUST been made available on iTunes in the US and Canada and: West Coast #138 United States #258 Canada It's already cracked the Top 200 in a matter of minutes. So the answer to your thread, no.

The Love Club EP didn't sell until Royals became big. There's your proof.

The soundcloud one is off key. And the YouTube is really good, although Gaga is really high pitched xD

No. You're the one who said that so it's obvious that's what you think I'm just saying, without a hit song, Lorde would not be where she is now. Lana's album became huge on it's own without a single. That's a much bigger achievement than riding on hit singles.

You do realize her debut album sold over 4 million copies before Cedric remixed Summertime Sadness. She's not like Lorde, who has relied on Royals & Team smashing to keep her album afloat.

She was at 55M tracks and 3.9 million albums in September 2013. That was before Timber & the fact Warrior got a minor sales boost as it rose around the world on iTunes. Does anyone know how many record sales she has currently? I'm thinking around 63M.

Considering the small difference in graphics between Vita and PS3 games, it doesn't make sense. But Digimon Games did terribly on the PS1/PS2/Xbox/Gamecube etc. but it started becoming really successful on the DS/PSP/3DS so I guess they just won't crack the home console market again. The graphics of this could definitely could pull of being a PS3 game with a port tbh. -

That's because none of Digimon's games are strictly RPG. There is also action, dungeon crawl & digital pet elements Pokemon is strictly RPG. But I have to say X & Y were so shit compared to what they could have been, ESPECIALLY Graphic wise. -

Saving the real world + digital world vs collecting badges, you know :gaycat: I love Pokemon, but I need a "world is in danger, there's an actual crisis" type game. Playing Digimon Adventure on the PSP made me realize how action-less Pokemon actually is. At least base a game off one of the early movies or something -

The coolest part about this, is you get to run around real locations in Japan + travel to the digital world as well. -

It's going to be like Pokemon for the main game (but cooler, with much better graphics) but there is apparently a battle mode as well -
