You all were doing the most for Taylor's least interesting album to date. Midnights is her Charmbracelet; everything that we've come to know about her culminates on this album. Only thing is, she doesn't have the voice or the lyrics to impress some of us. Say what you (and I) want about Reputation, but at least that album and era were such mess that we could call camp partly because Taylor had never served camptastic realness up to that point. Midnights is just...meh. It's mehnights, really. Everything about this album is tired.
